
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or persistent self-criticism. Others are struggling with relationship difficulties or repeating patterns that leave them feeling stuck.
Some clients are coping with grief or other significant losses, while others want space to reflect on questions about identity, direction, or meaning in their lives. Together. we work through your difficulties and develop new way of looking at them and ways of addressing them.
Whatever brings you, I do my best to offer you a place to speak openly and begin understanding what may be happening beneath the surface.
