You might be feeling anxious or low, struggling in relationships, or noticing patterns that seem to repeat despite your efforts to change them. At times, there is a clear reason, such as a loss, a difficult experience, or a significant life change. At other times, it can be harder to explain — more a general sense of being stuck, overwhelmed, or not fully yourself.
You don’t need to have a clear understanding of what’s going on before starting therapy. Part of the process is taking the time to notice, reflect, and begin to make sense of things together.
In our work, we might explore patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, look more closely at emotional responses, or find ways to put words to experiences that have been difficult to express. This can help create a clearer understanding of what’s happening and open up the possibility of change.
I offer a calm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly. From there, we can begin to work towards a way of being that feels more manageable, hopeful and more in line with who you are.
